local	104da381fb	Refactor tool-speechtotext: extract sttlib shared library and add tests ... Extract duplicated code (Whisper loading, audio recording, transcription, VAD processing) into reusable sttlib/ package. Rewrite all 3 scripts as thin wrappers.
