Files the complete v1.1 to v1.4.1 release cycle as a session note in wiki/meta/. Documents everything shipped, all key lessons (plugin install syntax, allowed-tools frontmatter, Bases vs Dataview, PostCompact hook necessity, git filter-repo two-pass scrub), and the current plugin state.
